Im seeing mix answers for 63000/93800. Saying this bumper and bracket will not fit quad cab. Not sure what route to go. Will this fit QUAD CAB.

I have a bumper solution for you, but the part # 63000-93800 that you referenced will NOT fit the quad cab models of the 2003 Dodge Dakota.
Instead you would want the part # 31012 as it has been confirmed as a fit.
