Fifth Wheel Wiring for a 2008 Toyota Tundra

Updated 05/04/2020 | Published 05/06/2008

Question:

I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra with the factory trailer plug. I am looking for a wiring kit to put a 7 pin receptacle in the bed for a fifth wheel camper. I am wanting something that I would not have to cut into my factory wiring.

To install the 7-way connector into the bed of your 2008 Toyota Tundra, we offer the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # HM43397.

This harness will plug into the existing wiring, with no cutting or splicing required.

The Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # HM43397 will connect to the factory 7-way wiring at the back of your trailer. Simply unplug the factory connectors and pop in the tee connectors from the harness to send the signals from the rear 7-way up to the bed 7-way.
