Does the Vanish Roll-Up Tonneau Cover Block the Bed Rail Stake Pockets when Installed

When the Vanish Roll-Up Tonneau Cover, # 834532008454, is installed, you will still have access to the bed rail stake pockets. The cover goes over the open part of the bed but does not extend beyond the rails thus leaving the pockets open. I have included a close up picture showing the stake pockets relative to the cover.
