In the video it showes this being installed on a vehicle with out front to back factory rails. If I wanted to order this for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited which part or parts # should I use. Thanks for the info.

If your Jeep Cherokee has the roof rails, you'd use the Rhino-Rack black Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA126B-2 and roof rack legs part # RRSX100.
If your Cherokee has a bare roof, use the following:
Rhino-Rack black Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2
Roof rack legs, part # RRRLKVA
Vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK398
