The Pro Series Anti-Rattle Device Trailer Hitch Receivers # PS63091 isn't a vehicle specific item. It'll fit 2-inch trailer hitches, but NOT the 1-1/4 inch hitch, either of which could be found on your Mazda CX-5. So, if you have a 2-inch hitch, you could certainly use this. If you have the 1-1/4, you could use a similar device, part # RM-061-125.
