What different Thule options are available to fit a volvo xc60 with no factory railings that I can see? I see some mention of flush railings, but I dont even think mine has that.

I've checked with all of our roof rack vendors, and unless your XC60 is an oddball, it should have a small accessory attachment rail running down either side of the roof, as shown in the diagram I've provided for you.
Thule offers a SquareBar and the WingBar EVo roof rack. Both use the same Thule foot pack, part # TH710601 and fit kit, part # TH186015.
For the SquareBars use the 47 inch SquareBars, part # TH712200. The WingBars come in both silver, part # TH711200, and black, part # TH711220. The WingBars are much more aeryodymanic and therefore quieter when driving.
