5th Wheel Tailgate Recommendation for a 2012 Ford F-150

Question:
1- Iam looking at vg-04-4000 and does this fit factory tail gate hardware with out any mods? Is this the right part # for 2012 f-150 6.5 boxs?

The Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate # VG-04-4000 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2012 Ford F-150 and would install without having to modify the truck at all.
You would just need to remove your old tailgate and then this one would replace it just as easy.
