id like to buy this tubes step and i was wondering are they sold two pair or are they sold each? black coated chevy silverado 2006

The Westin E-Series round nerf bars # 23-3545 you referenced will include 1 pair of tube steps (2 steps total) which is the same as all of our tube steps. Unfortunately, they won't fit a 2006 Chevy Silverado.
I included a link showing you all the Westin round steel tube steps that will fit as well as all other brands. If you let me know if you have an extended or regular cab and HD or LD, I would be more than happy to provide you a recommendation.
