I called my contact at Swagman and they told me that the Twister bike carrier is no longer available and they do not have the cable locks or keys but we do have a solution that may work for you.
They told me the best way to use your carrier is to cut the cable you have on the bike rack and use a cable lock for the bike and a locking hitch pin.
If you have a 1-1/4 inch receiver the lock and cable I recommend is part # S64031. If you have a 2 inch receiver the lock and cable set you need is part # S64030.
