Question:
Need weight Limit

My research indicates a roof weight capacity for the 2010 Toyota RAV4 of 102-lbs, and this figure is for a factory roof rack. Always the best place to check is the vehicle owner's manual. The online version of the manual that I reviewed did indicate 102-lbs maximum on page 202.
Keep in mind that this limit must include everything on the roof. Let's say you have two kayak carriers that weigh 14-lbs, such as the Rhino-Rack # S512. This 28-lbs counts toward the weight limit as will your two kayaks' own weight.
