Do the Fulton XLT Winches have a Neutral Mode that Doesnt Let the Handle Spin when Free-wheeling

Question:
Hi Can you please clarify: Can I be assured that the handle will not turn when the boat is being lowered into the water. There was some confusion with consumer comments saying that there is no neutral so that the handle does move.

The video is correct for Fulton F2 winch, # FW32000101 has a neutral, freewheel position for quick line payout without the handle spinning. I have attached an additional video that shows this feature.
