want to know if these tube nerf bars bolt to the frame on my 1992 ford f-150 4x4 flare side xlt laritat?

According to the installation instructions for the DeeZee nerf bars # DZ370311 the bars bolt to body mounts that appear to be attached to the frame, but they do not attach directly to the frame. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
