Would the Rhino rack 2500 bars would be able to hold two kayaks 160lb total weight on this car?

The Rhino Rack roof rack that consists of part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK301 has been confirmed to fit your 2014 Hyundai Elantra 4 door and has a weight capacity of 165 lbs. So as long as the roof capacity of your vehicle is at least 165 lbs you would be fine to carry your two kayaks that weight 160 lbs total.
The owners manual should have the roof capacity listed.
You would want to use a very lightweight kayak carrier like the part # RL100K10. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
