Can Optronics LED Floodlight Run Off Gas Generator

Question:
can you wire these lights up to a generator we race out of our enclosed and have to use a gas generator.

Expert Reply:
The Opti-Brite LED Floodlight, part # TLL50FB draws 1.50 amps. If you are using a generator with a 12V output, you would be able to use these lights.
I called my contact at Optronics and they told me that these lights are capable of handling a generator voltage output between 12 and 24 volts, so you will be good to go with these lights.
