Im interested in getting these cross bars for my 2007 Bmw x3 but would like to know what the compatible bike carriers can be used. Will the general bike racks from Thule and Yakima work?

There are many roof mount bike racks that will fit the Rola roof rack crossbars # 59827.
From Thule you could use:
The UpRide # TH599000
From Yakima you could use:
The FrontLoader # Y02103 (my recommendation)
The ForkLift # Y02098
But the bike carrier that I would go with is the Rhino-Rack MountainTrail, # RBC035. This is a solid rack at a good price and it is very stable. I have linked some video reviews of most of the bike carriers listed above.
