Will the Roadmaster Falcon 5250 Tow Bar Fit Roadmaster Base Plates on a 2000 Saturn LS1

2000 Saturn LS1 with a Falcon 5250 and 523102-1 Seems I have the wrong front braces to connect these two, any chance there is a fix for this?

My guess is that your Falcon 5250 tow bar is missing the quick disconnect crossbar assembly, # 910021-00. This comes up frequently. This assembly has plates that bolt to the draw bar arms on the base plates. The crossbar pins to these brackets and the Falcon 5250 pins to the crossbar.
