The Derale # D15748 oil filter relocation kit you mentioned isn't an engine specific item. If your Perkins Diesel uses a 3/4-16, 13/16-16, 18 mm x 1.5 mm, 20 mm x 1.5 mm, or a 22 mm x 1.5 mm filter landing on the engine block, then this relocation kit would work for you. The remote mount would use a filter with 3/4-16 threads.
