Can Factory D-Rings Be Installed Over the Curt Hitch 13567 on a 1995 Jeep Wrangler

Question:
Is it possible to install the old rings over the new mounting plate for the 1995 Jeep Wrangler rear bumper? Would we need longer bolts?

If you have a set of D-rings that are currently installed where the Curt Hitch part # 13657 would install on your 1995 Jeep Wrangler you could install them over the mounting bracket of the hitch as long as you got the appropriate length Grade 5 or higher bolt to replace the hitch's install bolts.
