We do offer oil, transmission and power steering coolers for use in just about any vehicle. These coolers are NOT vehicle-specific. In other words many coolers will fit multiple different vehicles. You can install any cooler that will fit in the space you have available for it.
I recommend you take a look at the articles I have linked for you. These explain all about the different types of transmission coolers we offer and they may help you decide which type you prefer.
Some coolers, such as the type that bolt on in place of your transmission pan, will be vehicle-specific and will fit only certain transmissions. The nice things about this type of cooler are that you do not need to cut into any of the transmission lines, and their size means you actually add fluid capacity to the system, as much as 7 quarts more. An example of one of these is part # D14208, which will fit various Ford/Mercury transmissions: E4OD, 4R100, 5R110 and 5R110W.
