Hello I am checking to see if this will work with my Trek Remedy 7 it is a 15mm I just want to make sure the with will work

Yes, your Trek Remedy with 15mm front wheel skewer will fit the Kuat Truck Bed Bike Rack # DRT15 as long as it has a thru-axle type skewer. This rack works with bikes with standard or disc brakes. Please note installation hardware is not included; 1/4-inch or 6mm diameter hardware is recommended.
The skewer sleeve length is 100mm so as long as your skewer is not larger than this it will fit your bike.
