Question:
A while back I got the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part #56077 for my 2005 Chevrolet Uplander EXT. I was unable to locate any plug that the connector would use anywhere behind the panels on the drivers side Where it said in the instructions - Any Ideas where could I find the plug other then that location?

Expert Reply:
The CURT Trailer Wiring Harness, # 56077, that you have is a fit for the 2005 Chevy Uplander. To find the correct plugs on your vehicle look for the ones coming from the tail lights that carry brake, running, and turn signal functions. Chances are those may be what you need. The instructions, linked for reference, show what the connectors you need should look like.
However, it is also possible that the connection point is located under the cargo floor on the passenger side of the vehicle. So you can also check there for the correct plugs.
