Using the Inno ski and snowboard carrier # INA951 is going to be your best bet. You would but the 2 boards on one side and the skis on the other.
This carrier will fit bars or side rails up to 3-1/4 inches wide/in diameter. For crossbars that run side to side on the roof the carrier will fit if the center to center distance between the bars is 24 to 30 inches. For side rails it telescopes up to 56-3/4 inches.
The other option is to use a cargo box to carry all of the skis and boards. I would need to know the year, make, and model of the vehicle and if it has a factory roof rack with crossbars or not to make a box recommendation.
