Question:
I want to know how to install electrical connections for a 12,000 lb Badlands winch on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax. I want to include a battery isolator, on/off switch to the cab, and additional grounds. Thank you for your help

We have everything that you will need to wire up electric winches on your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 diesel. Take a look at the help article I have linked that explains different ways to wire an electric winch.
You would need to look at option 2 in the first section. The same methods can be applied to the back of the truck but you would need additional wiring to reach the back.
For a battery isolator we have # PK5231201. You might need a different type of isolator though such as # DW08771 rated for 120 amps. Installation kit # DW08768 would also be a good addition. We do have some switches but they are rated for a max of 50 amps. Winches draw much more amperage than that so you would need to source a more heavy duty switch.
Considering the amount of power needed you will need heavier gauge wire than we offer. An auto parts store should have heavy gauge, automotive grade wiring that would be more suitable than the trailer wiring that we carry.
