I'm looking for a tough tonneau cover for my 2014 Silverado 1500 6.5 foot bed. I'm concerned that the usual tonneau cover isn't very secure. Anybody with a knife can get right in there. Is there something that would be more secure?

BAK makes a tonneau cover that would work well for you. The BAKFlip G2, part # BAK26121 consists of 4 aluminum panels that fold back against the rear window of the truck.
Another option would be the Retrax PRO MX, part # RT80472 which operates much like the lid on a roll-top desk. This cover is also constructed of aluminum, and would provide better security versus a typical vinyl tonneau cover.
