Question:
Does this a-frame jack or any others have any option of using a cordless drill with the proper attachment to raise and lower it? I use this to raise my pop-up camper and lower the stabilizers so would be nice to use it for this also.

Like you said there are some stabilizer jacks and even some winches that will allow you to attach a drill to raise/lower or reel in legs or line much faster. But there are no A-frame jacks, or any regular trailer tongue jacks, that I have seen that have this type of feature.
If manually cranking the handle starts to be a chore the best option is to go with an electric jack. The most cost effective one is Ultra-Fab jack # UF38-944037 rated for 3,500 pounds.
