How do I know if I have to update my edge programmer through computer will it tell me?

When you first go to install the Edge Evolution Programmer # EP59YR on your 2004 Ford F-150 you will want to update it so that it has the most recent tune files for your vehicle available. The included installation instructions will walk you through this process. You could then periodically check the edge site for updates.
