Your first step when considering tire chains on any vehicle is a check of the owner's manual for any guidance or restrictions regarding their use. Many passenger cars, and some trucks, are limited to using special low-profile S-Class chains that do not require too much wheel well clearance. Before purchasing any tire chain check your vehicle's manual carefully and if in doubt speak to your local dealership. Generally speaking, properly sized chains that are installed correctly on a compatible vehicle should pose no warranty concerns, but the auto maker gets the final word.

Two informational articles are linked for you; these will give you good background on the types of chains available and should help you decide which compatible chains are best for your particular driving application. There are chains intended strictly for on-road use, while others can be used both on- and off-road. They also can differ substantially in how easy they are to put on. I recently completed tire chain training here at etrailer and I can tell you first hand that some chains are MUCH easier to put on than others. The point is that chains that are a pain to put on will not likely get used, and so will do you no good at all if you do actually need them. Consider selecting chains that offer assisted tensioning as these are easier to use.

Please note the Titan chains you referenced, part # TC3235SCAM, are indeed a correct fit for your 275/65R20 tires. These square link chains, which are illustrated in the linked review video, offer good performance on ice and will do their best when used with rubber tensioners # TCMA2. These chains are rated for on- and off-road use.

Unless prohibited by Ford, using chains on both axles will give you not only better forward traction but also improved steering and braking performance. So long as using chains on all tires is allowed by Ford this will give you the best overall results.

All tire chains require reduced driving speeds - typically 30-35 mph - and no tire chain will allow normal speed highway driving.
