How Tall is the Surco Safari Cargo Basket Above the Side Rails of a Vehicle

Question:
How high is the inside of the basket, compared to the height of my factory siderails? Im trying to figure out if my spare tire, in the basket, will clear my garage door.

The Surco Safari basket # SPS4560-1101 has an internal depth of 5 inches and an overall height of approximately 6 inches. The feet will add about another inch above the side rails of the vehicle.
