Will the Roadmaster Base Plate # 523163-1 for 2011 GMC Terrain Fit a 2014 GMC Terrain

Question:
Roadmaster base plate #523163-1 for my 2014 GMC Terrain pictured on your site is the same one that I have for my 2011 GMC Terrain . I contacted Roadmaster there Teck . told me that one would NOT work on my 2014 Terrain they made design changes on the vehicle so it takes the NEW base plate kit.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and the tech that you spoke with was correct about design changes being made to the base plates in order to fit the 2014 GMC Terrain.
If the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 523163-1, has an A behind the part number(the current design), this will fit a 2010 - 2015 GMC Terrain and could be installed on your 2014.
If the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 523163-1, does not have the A, this will only fit the 2010 - 2013 GMC Terrain and would not work for the 2014.
The part number will be located on the arm of your base plate kit.
