Question:
I am interested in purchasing AL59544 for my 2006 F150. My question is will this work on my current setup since I installed Beltech 5inch rear flip kit. and have for rear shocks Ridetech HQ shock 22189841.

The best option is the Air Lift Slam Air # AL59210 as long as your 2006 Ford F-150 has been lowered between 2-6 inches.
These helper springs will improve ride comfort and prevent bottoming out.
The Air Lift helper springs # AL59544 you referenced wouldn't work because your axle and frame are closer together.
