Can the Edge Evolution Programmer be Used on a 2008 Ford F-150 with Magna Flow Exhaust

Question:
Just got one going to run it on level 3 all i have done is magna flow exaughst any harm? If so whats the best customization i can do, ford 2008 f150 5.4

Using the Edge Evolution programmer # EP59YR on your 2008 Ford F-150 with the Magna Flow exhaust should not be a problem. If you were to change the intake for example that could cause a problem because it might create an overly lean air/fuel ratio. But with the different exhaust there shouldn't be any issues.
I would start off on a lower setting just to see how the truck responds. Then you can work your way up. Better safe than sorry!
