Items arrived as scheduled. First knob I tried broke when tightening down screw. Very glad that I ordered second set as I needed one to replace the broken knob. It appears that the Acrylic makeup of these differ when molded into form. All the knobs that I have installed are now working correctly. These knobs are replacements for my bathroom in my home as the brand installed is Phoenix.
Great customer service. Product was what I expected--a cheap piece of plastic so do not tighten it down hard.
