Before you install this faucet, remove the metal collar and washer from the inlet shank. Then using the shank, drop the new faucet in place of your existing faucet. Re-install the collar and washer so that they are flush with the underside of the counter, and connect the included stainless steel water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

Much nicer than the previous one in our RV kitchen. I like that this doesn’t have a retractable sprayer and it doesn’t sit as high. Looks great and easy to install!
I had to change the mounting flange for this new faucet, but other than that it was a perfect fit for my RV, Thank you for your help. I'll keep your company in mind for tthe next time I need repair parts.

Quality product. Did not leak after hook up or when turned off. Product was shipped promptly. Communication with etrailer was excellent.
I hope this exact replacement unit last longer than the original. That unit only made it 3 outings. Water pump went on first outing. Not impressed with LCI crap.

The BEST faucet ever. I shopped RV stores, prices are way to high. I shopped hardware stores, couldn't find what I wanted. Etrailer not only had a great quality but a fare price. It was so simple to install also.... the supply lines were kinked right where they came out of housing so maybe a plastic sleeve would help, just a suggestion
I wish the faucet had included a second washer as the opening in the sink was almost identical in size as the support base of the fixture.
I appreciate its professional appearance and ease of installation. This faucet will replace the old faucet and the curved gooseneck shape provides ample clearance for washing dishes and filling large pots. The single lever design makes it easy for my kids to easily control the temperature. The stainless steel design really enhances the interior look of our travel trailer.
In my Airstream my old faucet had rigid copper tube with fittings which eventually cracked due to vibration. The Max Flo faucet has flexible hookup lines, a very nice Nickle finish, fits in nicely with the kitchen sink, one handle operation and very easy to install. We are very happy with the product. Also, the telephone order was taken quite professionally and arrived sooner than predicted. I would order items from etrailer the next time I need something for my trailer.

It was very difficult to install because the hose ends were male connectors instead of female and trailer did not carry any adapters.
This faucet was a one-to-one replacement in our camper and does the job.
What I don't like is that filter and aerator cannot be replaced.
Excellent faucet reaches over our double sink and very easy to regulate. Very easy installation
Basic quality was fine but it appears to not have a removable aerator. We could not figure out how to get the aerator out without damaging the faucet. So it did not work for us.
Seems like a very nice faucet. However my original had supply hoses with female ends. This one came with male ends. That added some additional parts (only $10) and 2 connections. But overall installation was pretty easy considering you're upside down in a very cramped cabinet.

Nice faucet, but had to add braided hose to the cold water line because it "kinked" so easily stopping the flow of water.

It works perfectly. We had to do a little trimming on the sink because the hole was not a full circle, but after that it went smoothly. We had to replace the old standard faucet due to non stop dripping. Now no more dripping. I like the mass clearance we have to do dishes now. Oh and it was really fast shipping as well. These guys are top notch. Shout out to YouTubers Grateful Glamper for their referral to this company.

Faucet works good but the threads in the hotcold lever are loose because they were not well machined to match the fixture. Some teflon tape fixed this.
