Hello, everybody, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the Thetford Titan Tote Portable Waste Tank, a two wheeled option, and it's got a 35 gallon capacity. So folks, again, this is a very nice two wheel portable waste tank to let you drain either your gray or black tank. And then without having to worry about breaking camp, you can put it all in here, and that's gonna be a great solution for locations that maybe you don't have a sewer hookup on site or something like that. So it's gonna be a nice addition for those kind of things. Now, overall length, front to back, we're looking at 49 7/8 inches long.
And on a width I was getting 23 1/8 inches wide. And the overall height, this guy's about 16 1/4 inches tall from the ground to the very top of this lid here. Now the whole thing's about 32 pounds, so it's not too bad empty. Now, it does also boast the lowest fill and drain port on the market. So you've got your Titan sewer hoses and everything in here.
Let's zoom into those. So it's got a little strap here. You simply open that. Now that's gonna keep everything nice and clean, so you'd simply empty your RV or whatever you gotta do. Get to the dump site, take off the plastic cap, then you would put this into the dump site, dump port, and then you would dump it.
Now there is a elbow that you could potentially purchase separately, which I highly recommend, and that elbow would actually fit in place here on the contour plastic. And an elbow's gonna let you put it right down inside of the dump site hole. And then it's got a ball valve. You would just twist a lever and that makes it a lot safer, in my opinion. Easier, quicker, you're not gonna get splatter on you.
But that has a spot here for that. Again, sold separately. It also has a nice contoured area here on the lid to keep that all up and out of the way. You got that nice strap there to keep everything secure. Now, as I mentioned before, it comes with two wheels. They are a heavy duty rubber. You can see 'em spinning really freely, so a very nice ball bearing in there to help 'em roll smoothly. They're gonna roll smoothly over different terrain and that kind of stuff. Now if I can spin around here carefully without knocking it off, there we go. So you got your handle and you got two lids up here. Now you got two lids here. You open the first one, you got this little red indicator here. I don't know if you can see it too good on the thing, but that is a float and it's gonna float up and let you know that hey, the tank's full, but it's also gonna cut the airflow off to stop it from floating over, and then from coming out like an overflow. So it's got a nice port here, there's a hole here where it's gonna let air out as well while you're filling and dumping. And then that would also be a spot where you could put a hose and then spray out the tank for cleaning it once you're done and you're not using it. Now the tank itself is made of a very nice heavy duty plastic, and it boasts exceptional toughness and also chemical resistance. Now if I can lift this up a little bit to show you, you've got a nice strap here built in. You see that strap there That strap you could potentially put over like a hitch ball or something and then you could tow it to the dump site. Now I'm gonna lift this up here so you can see the bottom a little better. So again, you've got the wheels and everything here. Very nice heavy duty. We do offer sold separately a four piece kit, and so a four wheel option with handle that you could tow, and that's what it would look like when it's installed. Now I'll put the item number on the screen here. It's a two wheel to four wheel conversion kit. And again, I recommend that if you haven't already gotten one, it does make it a lot easier to move around. I've shot a couple of these with that kit on there, way, way easier and built into the handle itself. If I go back to that image, if you look at the far right there, it's actually got a spot in the handle that it would flip fit right over a ball on like a hitch ball or something. And that would make it so much easier to tow around with maybe an ATV, back of a vehicle, or something carefully to the dump site. So very, very nice. Well, folks that is gonna wrap it up I think for our look at this 35 gallon waste tote portable waste tank by Thetford. Again, I'm Steven, thanks so much for your time. I hope this information's been helpful for you. Have a great day and stay safe out there.
Great product. Everything stores on tank so no carrying hoses or handle.
Better than the one I had and much easier to handle and move ...
We ordered this because we needed the exact measurements for a portable waste tank for the camper which we found at E trailer online. It came within three days of ordering. Very nicely packaged and everything was put together. Very happy with our order and company.
Does not pull well by hand if you raise it high enough in the front to comfortable the bottom back drags. Also you must purchase a adapter to empty it properly because both hose ends are female.
For the 2 wheel model should have the shut off valve with it... atleast the part number.... not buy it and find out your in for a [crap] bath... just saying
As for the front wheels. Have that part number too... when it's full it's heavy
