Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at these cool, white, directional 194, 906 and 921 LED bulbs with the wedge base. It is for a quantity of two bulbs. Now, these are nice LED flat bulbs, which will upgrade or replace the 194, 906 or 921 light bulbs. Provides a nice, cool, white lighting. These are great for top-mount overhead applications.
As you can see, they are a directional design, they'll provide 180-degree focus lighting, and it is a 12-volt bulb. Has many applications on your RV, trailer, boat, or your vehicle. The LEDs they use make great replacements for incandescent bulbs. They're rated for up to 50,000 hours. They're more efficient because they'll provide brighter light plus higher output, and there's no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments that are going to break.
Now, at the end of this video, I am going to hook this up to some 12-volt power, just to show you how bright they are.These bulbs are compatible with dimmable fixtures, for nice simple adjustment of your light brightness. Does offer built in surge protection, safeguards your internal electronics, and you can see at the bottom here, it is a wedge-base which will mount into a compatible fixture. It is a nice non-polarized design for easy installation. So, it doesn't matter what position you insert in this way.. This way, it's still going to light up.It is for a quantity of two flat bulbs.
The size on the bulb itself, the width from edge-to-edge, is one and seven eighths inches wide. The height from here to the very top, we're not including the wedge, because that'll go into the wedge, so from the bottom here to the very top, is about two inches tall. Light output is 180 lumens. Bulb type, 194, 906 and 921. We mentioned the wedge-based type...
The light type. This is cool light. Color temperatures is 5,500 Kelvin. The LEDs are 18 LEDs per bulb. Wattage is 1.5 watts, and this is designed to replace up to a 20 watt halogen bulb, power draw at 12 volts is 0.125 amps. So, what I'm going to do now is we're going to go ahead and hook this up. And again, the wedge is where your connection would be made.So, let's go ahead and hook that side up. And then you'll notice, when I hook the other side up, we'll get to our cool light bulb. Cool white-light. Go ahead and turn off the overhead light. And then, there you can see the 18 LEDs. There's a nice, cool, white light, and you can see it's the 180-degree focus lighting on the bulb. Go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. Disconnect it. But that should do it for the review on the cool, white, directional 194 and 906/921 LED bulbs, with the wedge-base, for a quantity of two.

Right size and shape but actual wedge base connector is very thin in comparison to the one I am replacing. It barely makes contact when inserted and if there wasn’t a screw to hold it in it would slip out
