- In regards to Pollak and Hopkins, they are both great options. That said, if OEM parts give you any indication of quality then Pollak would be the better choice as they are the OEM for most manufacturer in regards to trailer connectors. Personally, I've had less issues with plug fitment when using the Pollak brand.
