Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3" Rise, 4" Drop - 18,000 lbs
I like the way it cushions front and back jarring on rough roads.
My third one of these, I feel they help take shock out of towing. Just bought a extra one instead of changing balls all the time.

Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball for 2-1/2" Hitches - 20,000 lbs
After finding out that it's made in China I ordered a similarly priced Gen Y dual ball mount with better weight rating and made in USA. Not a bad hitch if you need pintle ring capability its just the made in china thing that down rates it for me. My fault for not looking more carefully about country of origin.
This is a heavy duty combo pintle / ball mount. It is replacing one that failed at the welds. Since this is a solid piece with no welds I expect many years of use.

Reese Ball Mount - 3-1/2" Rise, 5" Drop - 10" Long - 18,000 lbs
I have a 2015 Ford F-250 with the factory 2.5" receiver hitch. This drop ball mount fits into the factory receiver well, contrary to the product warning. It is also extremely beefy, you will not be disappointed! Photo fitment proof!
Very Strong ball mount. My wive (its her truck), towed 7000# of horse, tack and trailer last saturday. I know this ball mount is overkill but it is easier than using a 2" with the receiver adapter. Also this way if we have to tow something real heavy we already have the ball mount for it.

Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch - 3" Rise/6" Drop - 21K
Perfect, my second GenY Torsion hitch. Upgrading to the 21K from the 16K. There's not even a close second.
I have yet to tow with this hitch because I just received it today. Upon receiving the box I knew this hitch was not for the faint of heart. It felt like a massive hitch weighing in at 118lbs. Taking it out of the box I could see that this hitch is built like a beast and will likely be more hitch than I will ever need, but I needed a drop hitch and after asking etrailer questions and doing my own extensive research, I decided this was the hitch I should buy. I like the fact that it will give a little more space between the trailer and the truck, it can be used as a pintle setup if the need arises, and it comes with two ball sizes. Using this for my enclosed landscape trailer I am hoping it extends the life of tires and suspension components. I will try and update in the future after towing with this hitch.

B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black
The 3” drop is perfect for a stock 4x4 Silverado 1500. I can tow my small trailer as well as my full size tandem axle trailer without changing hitches/balls. Just what I wanted.
Love being able to have access to both 2" & 2-5/16" balls without having to haul around 2 hitche's and then the height may not be right. When I'm not using I can leave it or stow it with very little effort.

etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2-1/2" Hitches - 1-1/2" Rise or 3" Drop - 18,000 lbs
I am a frequent etrailer customer, the variety and availability of quality components and excellent service is what keeps me coming back. When trailering I strive to be as safe as possible, which is why I chose this heavy duty ball mount to tow my 10,000# car hauler trailer. With this very robust piece, I can be assured that the connection between my truck and trailer is secure.
This was our company's first ETRAILER order. My original order was for a Blu Ox receiver reducer. The plan was to continue using our current 2" drawbars with the 2 1/2" receiver on the "new" (2008) truck. Upon installation it was very apparent that there was way to much side play for safe towing of heavy loads on gravel roads. ETRAILER customer service was contacted for assistance. Holly was extremely knowledgeable regarding the product line and also had "hands on" experience with trailer towing. She not only guided me to the best resolution to my issue; but, also expedited shipment of the replacement drawbar. She further emailed a return shipping label for the reducer that was easy to print, along with straight forward and easy to understand instructions for the return. The UPS driver even commented about the label being the correct size as opposed to many undersized labels that he has received. Our company will now use ETRAILER as our "go to" vendor for trailer repair and towing supplies. As for the drawbar, the construction is one piece forged steel with an I-beam design. The ball appears to be high quality. I have complete confidence that the drawbar and ball kit will perform as needed when we are towing equipment or logs on gravel and dirt roads; as well as, off-road.
