Best 2011 Dodge Ram Pickup Towing Mirrors

Received the mirrors yesterday for my 2006 Ram 1500. Mirrors were easy to install like in the demo video. They look good as well as they look like a part of the truck. My only complaint about the product is that the adjustability of the mirrors is not very easy. The glass is on a ball/socket pivot but it is not smooth moving. In the video they appeared to adjust very easily. I don't know if they should be lubricated and I haven't looked to see if I can reach the pivot to add any grease. The mirrors came in a canvas carrying bag with separate compartments to prevent scratching which was a nice surprise. The box was pretty damaged when it arrived, but probably by the shipping company. The mirrors were somewhat protected in the bag. Picking up the new camper today and we'll see how they do!

Fast shipping and they fit perfect. Snaps into place and has a nice tight fit on my 2005 Dodge Ram. I'm pulling a 23'x8' travel trailer. Looks like it was factory made. It vibrates some at high speeds, 50+mph, but you can still see good enough for just changing lanes. I would've given 5 stars if they were just a little larger,but I am very satisfied. TY

First of all, the 4 star rating is only because I have not actually towed with the mirrors yet. Therefore?, I cannot say one way or another about wind noise. I doubt that wind noise will be a problem however. Beyond that, the fit is perfect. They seem to be nice and snug and don't move when pushing and tugging by hand. Good clear view down the side of my trailer when backed up in front of it. The quality is as good or better than the other four brands I tried. This is the only one that fits my 2011 Ram 1500. The price is reasonable. The mirrors look good once installed. Not a lot of rods and clamps along your stock mirror. They do not interfere with stock mirrors and they are independently adjustable. Overall I would say that these tow mirrors are a good value at a good price.

I love these. Best temporary towing mirrors I have ever found. Easy to install and when installed they look like part of the truck, not something that is temporary. Very stable image when traveling. Great product at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with these towing mirrors. Installation was very easy, simply snap them on over the existing stock mirrors. They fit perfectly. There is some vibration at highway speed, but not enough to make me want to give a negative review. My intention was only to be able to see a vehicle that was driving close behind my travel trailer, and these mirrors do that well enough.

Used mirrors on our truck with our RV and can see behind the RV. The threads on the screw on the mirror attachment for the passenger side was deformed at the upper end due to the mold attachment when it was made. Was able to work through deformity. Recommend this product highly.

I ordered the CIPA towing mirrors for a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 after looking at your web site and video, I was particularly interested in whether the passenger side mirror was an actual mirror and not a convex bulls eye, which it is.(actual mirror) So now I can see exactly where my right rear bumper/corner is in relation to. The mirrors came in a professional package and completely undamaged. I had previously ordered this item from a competitor but returned it as it did not fit the truck.Also the package was torn and the contents were filthy. I am very satisfied with your service/product.

Love these mirrors. They were so easy to install and they look nice on my truck. Still need to see if they travel well pulling my RV, but they are pretty secure so don't think there will be a problem.

Haven’t been out on the road with them yet, I do have maybe a concern with possible vibration, and it will take some getting use to double image mirrors.

Assembly was pretty much straight forward. I do not remember seeing a paper set of instructions with these mirrors. Hardest part is removing the door panels with their 13 individual plastic fasteners. It helps if the door is warm when removing the panels, less likely to tear the plastic parts. After installing the mirrors there was a slight gap where the plastic cowling on the mirrors buts up against the outside of the doors at the top of the triangular apex. I was not able to get rid of the gap no matter how tight the mirrors were fastened. I just lived with it. Mirrors seem solid and sturdy and don't vibrate much at highway speed. The heated option does a good job of clearing the frost on the mirrors. I really like that the mirrors fold in almost flush with the windows. Makes it easier to get around in the single car garage. Overall a good set of mirrors.

Replaced factory sport mirrors with these for towing a fifth wheel. These mirrors made a huge difference and there was little vibration at speed. Other cheaper mirrors I looked at had bad reviews about wire routing and shorting. These have the wiring routed to come out in the factory location. Easy install, the door panel removal was the hardest part.

The product seems well made and it even fits well! Its made in USA and the shipping was very fast and I'm very pleased.

I purchased the CTM3100B for my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 after much research online for the best products. The product arrived very quickly and in good condition. I read some initial reviews about other products having a lot of vibration but that is not the case with these. The install was simple and the design is very good. I put them on and did a test run at a much higher speed than I would be if towing. No wind noise and very little if any vibration. I am pleased with my purchase and will be using these when towing my 23ft travel trailer. The nice thing is there is nothing permanent when mounting these and are very easy to remove.

A one year review...sheesh. this was one of the worst purchases I've made. I ordered these for my towing rig, a 1991 dodge ram 250. They constantly fell off whenever I would shut the doors. Constantly. I would always have to slide them back on into position. Maybe because they're chrome mirrors I dunno. The sticky pads inside did not hold them firm. But my dad bought a new truck and 5th wheel and I mentioned these mirrors by name for him to avoid.

Received my order promptly, packed very well. Connected them to my side mirrors, slid them right on without any problems. I was a bit worried they would be loose but they are very snug with the rubber pads attached to them. I had been using the side view mirrors with the rubber straps but those mirrors had a lot of vibration to them, these have no movement whatsoever, highly recommend these, very satisfied customer!

The mirrors work great actually better than I expected. It took less than 30 minutes to install the pair and I have 0 blind spots and the visibility towing my 36' 5th Wheel is awesome.

Just like factory oem mirrors. Wide enough to see around wide trailer. The wide angle secondary mirrors are on the top side while the mirrors are in the narrow position, but are in the lower corners when the mirrors are in the extended position. I leave them in the extended position even while not towing Very easy to install. Note you will have to readjust the mirror position between retracted and extended, easy with electric motor remote control.

Purchased rv travel trailer, placed these on my ram. Installation was very easy. Just make sure ratchet until snug. No vibration noted with these and view is excellent. etrailer has been great. I have ordered several times from etrailer. They always follow thru with order details.

Although our 2017 RAM 1500 came with the towing package, it came with standard mirrors. I needed mirror extensions when towing our 35’ travel trailer. After reading some references I ordered this set. After using them numerous times over the past year, I made the right choice. They go on and off easily, they adjust easily (including your preference of horizontal or vertical), and they stay firm and don’t vibrate. Good chive at a good price.
