Once the E-Track Wood Beam Socket for Standard 2" Lumber - Qty 1 # 59149 has a beam screwed in at both ends, it cannot be removed without unscrewing the wood beam. The beam would need to be lifted straight up and out of the hanger to allow movement and then be screwed back in place in its new location.

I went to our warehouse and measured one of the Erickson Bungee Cord with Aluminum Carabiners # EM07037.
The carabiners themselves each measure 2-3/4-inches long x 1-1/4-inches wide measured to their outside edges. The overall end-to-end length, unstretched, on the sample I measured was 19-3/4-inches.

I do have a solution for you, but I think welding something to the floor is going to really limit where you can place things to have them tied down. I don't think you're going to be able to get away from the issue with galvanic corrosion since most tie downs are going to be steel, you can still use a steel system on the aluminum floor as long as there is some sort of barrier between the two surfaces-rubber, plastic, wood, etc..

The hitch as a vertical pull limit of 500 lbs, which means that as long as the dirt bike and its carrier doesn't weigh more than 500 lbs, it'll work just fine for you.
