Yes, you can attach your spare tire cover without having to remove the spare tire and mounting plate each time you remove the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack, # TH963PRO, from the back of your 2009 Toyota RAV4.
According to my contact at Thule, the shaft from the mounting plate that mounts behind the spare does not protrude past the outer edge of the tire so it will not interfere with your spare tire cover when you do not want the bike rack mounted on your vehicle. view full answer...
The spare tire can be mounted near the wheel and axle to the frame, but you will want more than 5 inches of ground clearance. I recommend the Extra Offset Trailer Spare Tire Carrier by Dutton-Lainson # DL22145 based on your photo. Every extra inch will help as trailer suspension normally has a deflection of about 4 inches so just 5 inches would be pretty tight but can work in most cases.
Another option if you have enough tongue space to mount the tire vertically, you can use the Spare... view full answer...
Yes, the CE Smith Spare Tire Cover # CE27410 that you referenced will fit over tires that are mounted as that's exactly what it was designed for.
If the wheels are mounted on the trailer you'd instead want the part # CA80098. view full answer...
CE Smith Spare Tire Cover # CE27440 is designed to be slipped over a mounted spare tire. It does not require you to unbolt the spare from the trailer or tire carrier. If you refer to the linked photo you'll see how the elastic hem snugs the cover over the back of the tire.
If your old cover needs to be cut off you can probably then pull it out from between the tire and the trailer. If the spare is so close/tight on the trailer that you cannot slip the cover over the back edge of the tire... view full answer...
Mounting a spare tire carrier, like # 413200 to the outside of an enclosed trailer can be done. You will just want to be absolutely sure the carrier and the tire are both secure. I would secure it by adding braces on the inside of the trailer going horizontal to the frame. Then fasten the carrier through the trailer's wall to these braces.
The tire attaches to the carrier using wheel bolts and lug nuts. view full answer...
From the photo you sent, it looks like you have aluminum trailer walls, so the first thing you will want to consider is the strength of the walls. Since the Offset Trailer Spare Tire Carrier, part # DL22120 is designed to be mounted on a trailer tongue or frame, you will want to make sure that the location you choose is strong enough and able to handle the weight.
You will want to consider strengthening the wall by reinforcing with a metal plate on the inside of the wall between the brackets... view full answer...
As long as you have the necessary clearance on your trailer to fit your spare tire onto this Offset Trailer Spare Tire Carrier, part # DL22120, and you secure it well you should have no problem installing this # DL22120 in any direction that you wanted.

The CE Smith Trailer Spare Tire Mount could indeed be mounted in an upside-down orientation if you wish to do so. Keep in mind that this spare tire carrier is only compatible with 4 lug wheels or 5 lug wheels with a 4-1/2 inch bolt circle.
Most of the spare tire carriers can be mounted upside down, with the exception of the Fulton Hi Mount # FHDSTC0101.
If you would care to tell me the diameter and bolt pattern of your wheel, I can provide some recommendations that are more specific. view full answer...
To install the Curt Hitch part # C13046 on your 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca you will need to temporarily remove your spare tire. You will be able to reinstall it once the hitch is installed.
For trailer wiring I would recommend the Curt Harness part # C59496.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. view full answer...

There won't be enough weight for the carrier and your tire to influence where you need to mount the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier for Trailers and RVs - Bumper Mount # UF15-954730.
The carrier only weighs 10 lbs and has a maximum capacity of 60 lbs, which isn't going to be enough of a weight factor to truly make any type of difference in how your trailer tracks.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier... view full answer...
The Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 referenced in your question is designed for mounting hitch accessories and flat towing. The manufacturer states that this product is not rated for towing a trailer. The spare tire carrier does have a tongue weight of 400 pounds and flat towing capacity of 10,000 pounds, but keep in mind that using the carrier will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch by 33 percent.
This is a great option for carrying your spare... view full answer...
The Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 does have a bit of an angle, you're right, but I can't recommend using any type of shim or adapter to change the angle. That said, the angle isn't extreme, as you can see by the photo I added showing this carrier at an angle.
This really is the best option for your tire because the only other carrier that has the weight capacity and is straight up and down is the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 which is designed to be... view full answer...
After the main plate of the Yakima Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Yakima 5 Spoke Spare Tire Carrie part # 8880317 has been installed on the trailer the long bolt goes through the tire and secured to the main plate. The main plate it threaded and acts as the third "nut" you need to secure the tire.
The lock washer and the large flat washer go on the bolt in that order before passing through the stud hole on your spare to secure it down and keep it secured until you need it. view full answer...

To lock your Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 to your Class C motorhome you can use the Roadmaster Quick-Disconnect Padlock # RM-301 in place of the hairpin clip that comes with the carrier. This won't be keyed alike with the other locks that you purchased but it does give you a way to secure the carrier to your hitch receiver.
Aside from that Roadmaster doesn't really have any other solution to lock the carrier, and we don't have any locks... view full answer...
The etrailer # e96ZR carrier that you referenced does not have a tire carrier specifically made for it. You may be able to modify the cargo carrier and spare tire carrier # Y07076 to hold the spare tire to the carrier. If modifying the cargo carrier is not something you want to do then I recommend a cargo net like # C18202. I am not sure if you would have sufficient clearance to place the tire underneath of it when the platform is down. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite # 75079 Class III Trailer Hitch is a direct mount to your 2004 Chevrolet Blazer with the under body spare tire. No fab work or modification of the vehicle is necessary. The repositioning of the spare tire means that you will need to lower the spare tire to allow front to rear movement of the spare tire in order to get fulll access to the frame members in order to install the hitch.
After installation of the hitch you will raise the spare back up into place. The spare tire... view full answer...
To put together the Surco spare tire mount cargo carrier # SPSJ4319 you will just need basic hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches/sockets, and that is really about it. To mount it you will need to use the tire tool to take the lug nuts off of the spare tire. Other than that there are no special tools needed for installation. I have included a couple of video links on this carrier for you. view full answer...
