The overhang of the rack is the length from the outside edge of the M7 Speed Hitch - 2" # 327-60-160200 receiver tube to the longest extended point of your bike rack. It is simply how far the bike rack extends from the insertion point of the hitch.
Since you need a minimum of 80 pounds for your 65-pound e-bike and your 15-pound rack, that overhang measurement needs to be no greater than 18 inches.

Hey Chuck, welcome back! I checked with our vendors and there are no baseplates for a 2013 Mini Paceman S. It's recommended to use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes item # RM-2050-1 to tow your mini behind a motorhome.
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly item # RM-2050-1 has a 4,250 lbs and includes the necessary lighting and brakes you would need to permanently install if you were doing a traditional flat tow setup. It connects to a standard 2" hitch ball.

You can use the FullBack bike rack # Y02634 on your 2014 Mini Paceman. I checked with Yakima and they do have other racks that will also fit and it appears that the way the racks are positioned on the vehicle there is little tension that will be applied to the spoiler.
You will need to use the straps in anchor mode though for the upper straps because the hooks on the regular straps will not be able to fit due to the spoiler. view full answer...
I checked out the reviews for the M7 Speed MINI Ultimate Utility Hitch Receiver part # 327-60-160200 and was not able to find anyone else with this issue. I'm not sure if the sensors are going off with or without an accessory attached but I could see either way honestly due to its unique design. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do.
