Hey Chuck, welcome back! I checked with our vendors and there are no baseplates for a 2013 Mini Paceman S. It's recommended to use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes item # RM-2050-1 to tow your mini behind a motorhome.
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly item # RM-2050-1 has a 4,250 lbs and includes the necessary lighting and brakes you would need to permanently install if you were doing a traditional flat tow setup. It connects to a standard 2" hitch ball.
