Hey Rayneil, the mounting holes of the Lippert Stabilizer Jack part # LC369774 that you referenced are 68-11/16 inches apart which would be a lot wider than the dimensions of your motorhome frame.
Instead we do have one option that will work for you with the Ultra Fab Stabilizer Jacks # UF39-941707 as it will work on RV frames that are between 42 and 77 inches. The correct replacement bearing kit for your 3,500 lb Axle Technology BD3545 axle is the #84 Spindle Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100. This comes with the following parts:
- Inner Bearing # L68149
- Outer Bearing # L44649
- Grease Seal # 58846
