The Progressive Dynamics # PD4135K will house your DC and AC distribution panels as well as a converter to recharge the battery when plugged into shore power. It requires a 10-1/4" long x 7" tall cutout hole. If your cutout hole is larger you can make a trim ring out of some wood and paint/stain it to match. Hey Jake, thanks for the measurement. The Curt Hitch item # 14053 fits the 1995 Ford E-350's that have bolt holes spaced 38-5/8" from the center to center of your frame. I checked with our vendors and there's no custom fit hitches for your transit bus. In order to add a hitch to it, you will need a universal weld-on hitch.

I love the products that you've picked out, but we're going to need to get you setup with a 2" receiver on your 2000 Ford Econoline because the adapter you have for your 1-1/4" adapter is going to already drop the tongue weight rating of your 1-1/4" to 50% of the rated capacity, and we shouldn't be using more than one adapter, which you would be doing with your 1-1/4" adapter and the Swagman # S86SR.

No, there is not Johnny. The largest cargo box we carry is the Thule Motion 3 item # TH59PN, which has interior measurements of 86-1/2" long x 30" wide x 14-13/16" tall. We do not manufacture cargo boxes sorry.

Based on the dimensions you provided I recommend going with the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 18" to 51" Wide # C13702. This would mount under the frame with the receiver tube sitting roughly 2" below the frame. If you need an additional 2" (4" total) to clear any rear bumper/fascia then you can go with the # C13701 instead. These hitches fit frame widths from 18" - 51" and any excess can be cut off of the crosstube with a chop saw to fit.

Hi Rich; finding the right hub covers will require knowing the wheel size and the bolt pattern on the wheels. For example, the Phoenix USA Baby Moon Hubcap # PX1309SS fits 16" conventional wheels with a 6 on 5-1/2 or 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern.
