I've installed more vents than I can count all to separate switches already built into the trailer or motorhome and not once had a single issue with voltage spikes. I have however ran into situations where the vent and another appliance were both ran to the same switch and had too high of a draw when both were being used at the same time, causing the circuit to overload. Running the vent with less than 12 volts is the more likely case for circuit board issues.

If the hole where the current clearance lights on your motorhome is 1 inch in diameter the LED trailer clearance light part # PE63DR would fit and work great. To remove the old ones you'd want to use a smaller slot style screwdriver to gently pry the light out of the grommet. However, it is recommended to disconnect these systems when the trailer is being stored because of the extra tension placed on the bars and the shank. There are no custom fit options available so depending on your frame you will either have to drill into it or weld the larger capacity hitches on. In the traditional way of measuring rise/drop the BulletProof 2-Ball Mount part # HD206 can do a drop of up to 7-1/4 inches. This would be measured from the top of the hitch opening/ball mount shank down to the base of where the hitch ball sits on the ball mount platform. So using the dimension you mentioned the standard drop dimension you would need is 3-1/2 inches. The # HD206 can do the drop you need but not in it's lowest setting.

Rain gutter extenders are more of a universal item that fit all trailers. The RV Extended Rain Gutter Spouts # 372655-BK-A will install at the end of your gutter rail. Simply remove the screw closest to the end of the rail and cut through the caulking to lift the rail away from the wall of the trailer.

The intended installation for both the Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979013 and # UF48-979012 is that you would weld the mounting bracket to the frame and bolt the skid wheel to the bracket. There isn't an indicator for these working with a trailer because the manufacturer only wants these mount to the frame, which is strong enough to handle the pressure unlike your trailer hitch.
