Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Clear Plus 73 series HD windshield wiper blade. This is an all-weather heavy duty wiper blade that's going to ensure visibility in the rain, sleet, and snow. It is made for curved, and flat windshields on commercial trucks. So, it is made to be very durable and will hold up well for you.
This is 18 inches in length, and you are just going to get the one blade. So, if you need a second 18 inch blade, you will have to purchase that in addition. But, this is going to quickly, and easily install on most arms that use the quarter-inch narrow saddle connection. This will connect to that. This is going to be a direct replacement for the TRICO and ANCO part numbers that you see on the screen there.
So, if your original blade is either one of those, you can rest assured that this is the replacement for you.This does have a high-grade leading edge, that is going to use precision rubber, it's for a nice uniform, streak-free wipe. The natural rubber squeegee with the molybdenum coating there ensures a nice quiet chatter-free operations so you're not going to have to worry about it skipping across your windshield. This does have a galvanized steel frame with stainless steel, flexor and rivets. That's going to provide that durability and strength to make sure that it lasts a nice long time. The vented frame that you see here is going to help to prevent the blade from being lifted by the wind, so the wind will just pass right through the holes in that frame.
There are multiple pressure points along there to help to conform to the shape of the windshield, as to prevent any missed spots. The plastic bushings on here are going to be between the metal surfaces to prevent that metal-on-metal contact and reduce noise.So it's going to give you a nice smooth operation. This does meet, or exceed all of the SAE standards for safety and durability, so you can trust it is going to be a good quality wiper for you. Especially in those commercial trucks, you want to be able to see where you're going, to get to your destination. This is going to be a great wiper for you to make sure that all that rain, sleet, and snow gets pushed off your windshield, so you can focus on the road.

Item was as described. Slow at delivering “in stock” item claiming they were waiting on the manufacturer. Upon calling a few times I received different answers on when the item would ship. I will say it was for 1988 vehicle and nobody else was offering it. They did answer the phone when I called and a supervisor followed up promptly with another phone call when I requested it. Faster shipping time would result in an excellent rating. I think they are actually trying hard to satisfy customers. I will buy from them again.
