Today we're gonna take a look at the ClearPlus winter windshield wiper blade. This is going to be a frame style blade with a 13 inch length, and it comes as a quantity of one. This is going to help you out in those winter months with when you have a lot of snow and ice that are getting onto our windshield, and we need to clear them off and not have any damage on our windshield wiper itself. It's going to have a nice protective synthetic rubber boot that's going to cover the whole frame. And that's gonna give it more durability and also helps to reduce any ice or snow building up on the wiper blade, so you don't have to worry about anything blocking your view while you're driving in the snow.The steel frame inside that boot is gonna be made out of heavy duty steel so that you'll have good performance in all weather conditions, and will also have a high grade leading edge technology, so that's going to use a precision rubber slitting for a uniform, streak free wipe every time. It also has a durable large profile on that rubber squeegee with a coating that ensures that it's going to have a nice quiet and chatter free operation.
So as it's going across your windshield, it's not going to stutter and chatter along. It's going to just glide across your windshield.The installation is gonna be pretty quick and easy. With most arms, we're gonna have a few adapters for our different styles. This is going to meet or exceed all SAE safety and durability standards. Again, this is going to be a 13 inch blade, and it does come as a single quantity.
So if you need another one of the same length, you'll just use that same part number and get two. We do have other lengths available here at etrailer.com, so definitely check the fit guide and make sure that you get the right lengths for your vehicle. Sometimes you need one that's a little bit longer or shorter than the other, so make sure that you check that out before you hit buy. And this is going to be a direct replacement for TRICO 66-130 and ANCO 53-13. This is going to work for our narrow saddle, our half inch large hook, and our quarter inch small hook frame styles, as well as the quarter inch side pin, the three sixteenth pin, and the bayonet style.

I bought about 10 pair for a fleet of vehicles. I was dissatisfied with quality. Numerous pairs did not sit tight to the windshield. I went through 3 pair on my personal vehicle and none sat properly nor shed rain properly. Overall build quality was average at best. Would not recommend.

They do not wipe on the way up, and barely on the way down. Not a secure lock onto the bracket and very loud. They also left grease marks on my windshield where they stop on the upward. I wish I had installed them as soon as I got them but had them for 3 months before installing and now its too late to return them. I had to go out and buy new ones. I bought the same ones last year with similar problems but not as bad. Thought maybe it was just a fluke so I tried them again. But nope, worse. I do not recommend them.

These are real winter blades. Not the beam style blades that most wiper manufacturers produce and call winter blades, that cake with ice and don't work

Wiper blades still freeze up. At high speed or high winds the covering on the wiper blade acts like a wing and loses contact with the wind shield.
