7,500-lb Capacity. When your truck or van squats under weight, steering gets light and control fades. These extreme-duty air bags level your ride, help keep you in control, and protect your suspension from the punishment of heavy loads.
When your truck or van is built to carry serious weight, factory suspension alone won't cut it. Alpha XD (Extreme Duty) air springs add up to 7,500 lbs of rear axle support to keep your vehicle level and steady under pressure. If you're hauling heavy gear or equipment, you stay in control with less squat, better stability, and more predictable braking.
Some days you're maxed out, others you're running light. With Pacbrake's 5 to 100 psi adjustable range, you get the right support for every trip. When carrying heavy weight, add air to level your suspension and maintain steady handling. Running without a load? Drop to the minimum pressure for a smoother, more compliant ride without stiffness or bounce. Manual valves let you adapt your suspension to whatever the day throws at you.
Built for demanding commercial use, Alpha XD springs use one-inch thick, corrosion-resistant end caps and 20 internal support wires for extreme strength. Heavy-duty roll plates reinforce mounting points and protect the air springs from wear, and powder-coated steel brackets hold up to rust, road salt, and long seasons of abuse. From scorching heat to frozen job sites, this system is made to outlast whatever the road dishes out.
Adding serious load support shouldn't mean losing a whole weekend. The precision laser-cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your vehicle's existing mounting points with minimal drilling. Just smart engineering that fits the way it should, which is perfect for the DIYer. Manual valves mount through license plate fastener holes or a location of your choosing (which may require drilling). With high-quality fittings, pre-bent brackets, and mounting hardware included, you'll be back on the road in just a few hours without a trip to the fab shop.
This kit is designed to work with your setup today and wherever your upgrades take you tomorrow. Inflate manually right out of the box - no extra parts required. Already running an onboard air system? The Alpha XD integrates easily. Planning to add a wireless controller later? No problem. With standard ports and fittings already in place, the foundation is built in, making it easy to expand your control options when you're ready.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Pacbrake Alpha XD airbag suspension kit for your rear axle. Has a 7,500 pound load-leveling capacity, and this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2011 to 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 HD, two wheel drive or four wheel drive trucks. Now on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this'll work for your application. Now this will fit trucks with or without 5th wheel hitches, but it will not fit cab and chassis vehicles.
Now these airbags right here will help you stay level, drive steady, and stay in control when you're hauling heavy loads. This kit will include everything I have laid out here on the table. The air springs for your rear axle, the upper and lower roll plates, all the precision laser cut powder coated steel brackets, the grade 5 plated hardware and the air lines, the push-to-connect fitting inflation valves and all the installation instructions are included. Now, basically when your trailer's loaded and the bed is full, your Silverado or your Sierra is gonna need more than your stock leaf springs to stay level and in control. That's where these Alpha XD air springs come in.
They add up to 77,500 pounds of rear axle support, and this will help your truck stay steady and secure through every haul. Now, whether you're pulling a 5th wheel, hauling materials or just towing equipment, this upgrade will keep you from sagging, squatting, and struggling for control. Also, what's nice is one load isn't like the next. That's why this Pacbrake will give you freedom to adjust the air pressure from five to 100 PSI. Now, if you need full support for a loaded trailer, just pump it up and if you're unloaded, heading home, just drop the pressure for a nice smoother ride.
With the simple manual inflation right out of the box, you get better ride quality and confidence, no matter how much you're hauling. Also, this isn't light-duty gear. These Alpha XD springs are built with one inch thick end caps on each end of the spring, and they use 20 internal wires in the spring to handle extreme loads without giving in. Most all the parts are corrosion-resistant parts. The roll plates we mentioned are for protection of the springs, and the powder coated brackets will ensure the system holds up through road salt, rain, mud, and time.
Now this kit is designed to bolt the factory mounting points on your Silverado or Sierra. This air spring kit installs with no frame drilling required. Basically, you can, when you install this, you can just start with simple manual inflation, or you could even expand your system later with onboard air or wireless controls. This Alpha XD kit is designed to scale with your setup, so it makes future upgrades easy without having to redo the foundation. Now, one thing I do wanna mention on this kit, these air springs will not increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity, so you do wanna make sure not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit. But that's gonna do it for a look at the Pacbrake Alpha XD airbag suspension kit for your rear axle.
