Does Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Toolbox Edition Need to Come Off when Towing Fifth Wheel

Question:
When this cover is folded up and secured on a 8 foot bed, does it clear the 5th wheel hitch to allow for towing or do you have to take it completely off to store elsewhere?

Since the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 part # EX84725 fits behind a tool box it's not going to fit folded up when trying to tow a fifth wheel trailer. It would need to completely come off.
