A lot of roll-up covers take time to remove when you need to haul taller loads, but this one rolls up in seconds. It peels back off the Velcro seals on the sides and secures behind the cab using Quick Clip storage straps made from tough nylon and strong buckles. The cover sits 1-1/2" above the bed so it clears your cargo while still giving a tight, finished look. Because the rails mount inside the bed, you still have room for stake-pocket or rack accessories.

This cover is built from double-coated, reinforced vinyl that blocks UV damage and stays flexible down to -40 °F. It won’t shrink or fade, even in harsh sun or freezing cold. A reinforced flap along the tailgate helps keep out rain, snow, and dirt so your cargo stays dry and clean through every season.
Closing the cover automatically activates the AutoLatch for a secure hold, and the slide lock adds another layer of protection when you want it. Up front, EZ-Dials make it simple to fine-tune the tension—just twist the dials by hand to get the fit you want with no tools required. This design keeps the vinyl tight and smooth through temperature changes so it doesn’t flap or sag.

The contoured, black powder-coated aluminum rails resist rust and mount securely inside the bed using aircraft-grade aluminum clamps. Tight Bite clamps have serrated teeth that grip the rail ridges for a firm hold, keeping the cover steady even on rough roads. Aluminum bows support the vinyl so it rolls evenly and easily every time you open it.

The exclusive Slantback design angles toward the tailgate, giving a clean, finished look and reducing wind drag. That streamlined shape can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent while adding a subtle, stylish profile that complements the truck’s lines.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

Cover is showing wear from being rolled up to tow 5th wheel. Even with it strapped tight. Hoping it doesnt wear through
